Second Professional Degree Commencement Ceremony (AAD, UD)

This ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of graduating students receiving Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design and Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design degrees from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation in 2014. Students come forward to receive their diplomas from the Dean. Recipients of prizes are also announced.

Date: Wednesday, May 21, 2014

Time: 12:45 p.m.

Location: St. Paul's Chapel, Morningside Campus

Speaker: Mark Wigley, Dean, Architecture, School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation; Professor

Candidate Line-Up and Procession: Graduates are asked to assemble at St. Paul's Chapel at 12:30 p.m. (immediately after University Commencement ceremony) and take assigned seats in the front of Chapel

Reception: Commencement Luncheon in courtyard between Avery and Fayerweather at 2:00 p.m. immediately following the Second Professional Degree ceremony

Tickets: Required (to be distributed by the GSAPP Dean’s Office in early May)

Caps and Gowns: Required

Diplomas: To be distributed during ceremony

First Professional Degree Commencement Ceremony (M.Arch, UP, HP, CCCP)

This ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of graduating students receiving Master of Architecture, Master of Science in Urban Planning, Master of Science in Historic Preservation, and Master of Science in Critical, Curatorial, and Conceptual Practices in Architecture degrees from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation in 2014. Students come forward to receive their diplomas from the Dean. Recipients of prizes are also announced.

Time: 2:15 p.m.

Location: St. Paul's Chapel, Morningside campus

Real Estate Development Graduation Ceremony

This ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of graduating students receiving Master of Science in Real Estate Development degrees from the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation in 2014. Students come forward to receive their diplomas from the Dean. Recipients of prizes are also announced.

Reception: Commencement Luncheon in courtyard between Avery and Fayerweather at 12:30 p.m., Reception immediately following the MSRED ceremony at the Faculty House
